Inspired by our recent trip to Iceland, our concert will feature new works for Oboe, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Native American Flutes, Piano and Shofar!
The historic Skaholt Cathedral dates back to 1056 and is one of the most sacred sites in Iceland.
We are excited to perform for the Blue Church Summer Concert Series. Held in the eastern section of Iceland, it has a magnificent and dramatic landscape.
The Reykjavik City Library has a large calendar of special events including concerts and special exhibitions.
Join Hevreh in a special concert that will feature a composition by the gifted young flutist, IMS student Tiffany Zhao. The concert will also feature an improvisation for the Guzheng and Recorder.
For the concert, we will be joined by our guest artists that appear on the album: Shane Shanahan- percussion and Jennifer Vincent-double bass!
In this beautiful peaceful setting, Hevreh will perform works from our new album Meserole Street, scored for oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, Native American flutes, keyboard and shofar! The concert will be held outdoors and is just down the road from Bash Bish Falls in Copake, New York.

We are excited to present our concert for the acclaimed kenetic sculptor Tim Prentice at his idyllic West Cornwall CT barn and studio. You can enjoy looking at his beautiful artwork while we perform!!
Located on Lake George, the Silver Bay Conference Center includes many historic Victorian buildings and after our concert we plan to include a visit to the traditional style Ice Creme Parlor!

Hevreh Ensemble is excited to announce plans for the summer of 2020 when we will travel to Argentina. We are currently arranging concerts to be held in historic synagogues in Buenos Aires, Rosario and Cordoba with our first concert to be held at the magnificent synagogue Templo Libertad in Buenos Aires. Stay tuned for more dates!
The PARMA China 2020 Tour will include concerts and master classes in many different cities. We look forward to bringing our music to diverse audiences and having the opportunity to forge new relationships. Also, we hopefully will be able to fit in a bit of sightseeing!

The Pennsylvania Consortium for the Arts presents concerts in historic Bedford, Pennsylvania.
University of Central Arkansas will sponsor Hevreh Ensemble for a residency that includes master classes, lectures, concerts and informal sessions with UCA Music students.
Hevreh Ensemble collaborates with photographer Loli Kantor in a full length work with projected images from Loli Kantor's book: Beyond the Forest- Jewish Presence in Eastern Europe 2004-2012.
As part of Hevreh's collaborative project with Loli Kantor, the group will present " A Path of Light" for the POLIN Museum of Jewish History in Warsaw. The museum is on the site of the former Warsaw ghetto. The name POLIN is the hebrew word for rest here. The stunning building, a post-modren structure in glass, copper, and concrete, was designed by Finnish architects Rainer Mahlamäki and Ilmari Lahdelma.
